Young people have the right to voice their concerns, complaints, and general feedback about staff or the service we provide to them.  They also have the right to be informed of the grievance procedure and the processes if a complaint is made.  If you have any feedback to provide or a complaint, please include your name, contact number or email so we can follow up with you.
