So the role models have been and gone. Now what do the young people have?
The schools and teachers are all supplied teachers manuals for the year, where they can reflect on past visits and issues that have been raised. There are 16 lesson plans that teachers can follow up on whilst the role models are not there. In most sessions some confronting issues for young people will arise and this is then handled by the teachers and welfare coordinators.
