RAMP Program participants walk Pitt Lane -
Mar 25, 2010
Victorian Mentoring Program, RAMP, enjoyed a day out on 25 March at the Australian Grand Prix where young people and their mentors had prime seating along Pitt Lane at the prestigious Paddock Club. Taking part in Children's Day, RAMP participants were treated to a catered lunch, a magic show and autograph signings by V8 Supercar driver Greg Murphy.
The highlight of the day almost didn't happen - as they were jostled by the large crowd, the young people found themselves standing next to Formula 1 star, and Grand Prix champion Jenson Button in the VIP area.
Whitelion would like to thank Lisa Addison at the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet for organising this unforgettable experience for the young people.
