Telstra partners to support youth at risk -

Whitelion are excited to be working in partnership with Telstra's Docklands Contact Centre in placing young people into supported customer service positions.
This project will involve a tailored training program delivered by Telstra and AEGIS Aspire. Young people will have the opportunity to work towards completing a Certificate III in Customer Contact and each participant will be matched with a workplace buddy who has attended training delivered by the Victorian Employment team. Once placed, young people will have continued support from their Whitelion Employment Worker to ensure that they are tracking well both professionally and personally.
