After starting her career in law, Anne has held senior management positions in a number of companies including Myer, ANZ and SPI PowerNet.  Anne was Managing Director of City West Water for 13 years until retiring in March 2016.  Anne has been the chair of Whitelion since July 2011, and is also chair of LeadWest and on the board of the Victorian Building Authority.

David Tucker has extensive executive experience focussed on providing engineering, construction and asset management services across a range of business sectors including transport, utilities, mining and resources and heavy industrial manufacturing. Track record of success in organic growth, M&A transitions and delivering value in the operation of major long-term infrastructure facilities across Australia and New Zealand. David has been a Director of Whitelion since 2010.

Kevin Mullen specialises in management advisory services to medium-sized businesses. His expertise is in the area of corporate structuring, succession planning and superannuation strategies. Kevin’s close working relationship with clients has exposed him to the international arena where he provides management and taxation advice to overseas and Australian companies.

Donna has over 20 years experience as a Program Director leading and advising on a number of large transformation programs including strategy development and execution, mergers, acquisitions and divestments across a range of industries. These include government, manufacturing, consumer products, logistics, resources, and energy and information technology. Particular areas of expertise include program office setup, operational restructuring and due diligence, synergy/cost identification/validation, benefits tracking and the planning and implementation of large scale programs.

Prior to 2014 Emma was the Director of Corporate Affairs for Serco AMEAA (Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australasia) and has held advisory positions with senior Federal Government Cabinet Ministers in the portfolios of employment and workplace relations, human services, and health and ageing. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters of Public Policy and is also a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark Watt is the co-founder of Whitelion and has held the position of CEO since 1999. Mark’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Social Work. His past experience includes Community and Client Services Manager at Parkville Youth Residential Centre and 9 years as Program Director at Youth For Christ. Mark was awarded the Robin Clark Memorial Award in 2005 in recognition of excellence in the category of 'Making a Difference to Children, Young People and Families'.

Mr. Robert R. Dalziel, also known as Bob, B.Ec., served as Chief Executive Officer of Mayne Nickless Limited. Mr. Dalziel served as Managing Director of Coles Myer Limited group. Mr. Dalziel has over 35 years experience managing and leading businesses in retail, logistics, travel, marketing, telecommunications and the health care industry. Mr. Dalziel has experience in leading businesses in Australia, South East Asia, Europe and North America. He has particular retail industry expertise obtained primarily through a long period of service within the Coles Myer Group where he held a number of Divisional Managing Director positions including Managing Director of Grace Bros and Coles Myer Discount Stores. He has also held Managing Director positions in other industry sectors including travel and foreign exchange at Thomas Cook Pty Limited, logistics and health at Mayne Nickless Ltd and telecommunications at Optus Pty Limited, including Chairing Optus through its IPO phase. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Pacific Apparel Solutions and Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union Limited. He served as Chairman of Harris Scarfe Limited, Harris Scarfe (Australia) Pty Limited and Loscam Limited. He served as Chairman of the Board of Fusion Retail Brands Pty Ltd. (formerly Colorado Group Ltd.) until 2011. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Just Group. He served as Chairman of Optus Communications from 1998 to 2000 and Dacland Pty. Ltd. from 2010 to August 2014. He served as Chairman of The PAS Group Limited and the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Colorado Group Ltd., since October 13, 2006. He has been a Director of Angus & Coote (Holdings) Ltd. since 2000. He serves as a Director of Dacland Pty. Ltd. He also serves as a Director of a number of non listed entities including The PAS Group Pty Ltd., and The Fred Hollows Foundation Limited. He served as a Director of Fusion Retail Brands Pty Ltd.
