  • Location: Whitelion Offices, Kilburn, SA
  • Conditions: SCHCADS Level 2.1, Part Time (3 days per week), 3 month contract

Do you like the idea of contributing to a nonprofit organisation supporting young people at risk? The new role of Administration Support Officer might be for you!

Based in Whitelion’s Kilburn office this role will:

  • Provide administrative support to the State Manager;
  • Provide program-based administrative support, such as processing invoices, collating and processing reports and printing/file preparation and;
  • General office based administrative/business needs, such as maintaining office stationary supplies, ordering of printing consumables and office supplies, answering calls, providing minutes/agendas for meetings.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent skills in managing and processing invoices/operational program administration
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient using SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom and relevant IT systems
  • Knowledge and experience of day-to-day office business needs and oversight
