Whether it’s sleeping rough, wearing slippers to work, or getting on their bikes, IRESS’s people go to great lengths to support their chosen charities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
IRESS are one of Whitelion’s newest corporate partners that came on board with our organisation early October 2017 to focus on working with Whitelion to support its programs and events.
Not just content with making a difference for their clients, their people also want to make a difference to the communities in which they live and work.
All the charities and organisations that IRESS support are chosen by their people and the wonderful activities coordinated and encouraged locally by our community teams.
Over the past 12 months IRESS have been extremely involved with Whitelion and have supported and participated in our major events including The Eureka Climb putting in four teams, Three Peaks Challenge registering 33 participants and nationally raising over $60,000 and Bail Out, raising over $5,000. IRESS have also volunteered with our Chatterbox Bus, various events and in the office along with providing a financial contribution of $20,000.
On top of this, IRESS have recently provided Whitelion with one of their quality products: a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. We really appreciate both the time and effort given up by the IRESS staff involved in this project but also the additional financial contribution to build a tailored system for our Organisation.
IRESS have global expertise and local relevance. Their story began in Australia in 1993. Back then it was just a few people developing specialised financial markets trading software from a small room, (similar to Whitelion which started in 1999 with only a few of us starting to develop programs for young people in a filing cabinet office).
Fast forward a couple of decades and IRESS is one of the leading suppliers of innovative technology solutions for clients in the financial markets, wealth management and mortgage sectors. IRESS have 1,800 brilliantly minded people, global scale investment and expertise who deliver for today and design for tomorrow.
Whitelion has only worked with IRESS and their team for 12 months but have already made an overwhelming impact on the young people we work with. Whitelion is extremely proud to be one of the many charities that IRESS support and are really keen to continuing our work with them into the future.
Together, we are confident we’ll support even more young people and make a positive difference in their lives and in the wider community.
