Bail Out is back!

Kick-starting this Friday, our annual Bail Out campaign is hosting six events across five states. Bail Out provides our Whitelion community with a better understanding of the issues that lead to a young person being involved in the Youth Justice System and is a unique immersive, educational and theatrical experience spanning a couple of hours on a Friday night.
We are excited to host a special guest at our Sydney (17th May) and Melbourne (24th May) events this year. UK journalist, TV presenter and host of Netflix Series ‘Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons’ - Raphael Rowe! Raphael will share his own personal encounters with the justice system and wrongful imprisonment as a young person along with an enlightening first hand perspective to our Bail Out participants from someone who has turned their own life around.
This year, we encourage you to register as an inmate or a gang and commit to not only raising much needed funds, but to grow your understanding of the role that disadvantage of opportunity plays within the Youth Justice System. We have Bail Out events in Mt Gambier, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart over the month of May, so jump online at bailout.org.au and sign up today!
