After starting her career in law, Anne has held senior management positions in a number of companies including Myer, ANZ and SPI PowerNet.  Anne was Managing Director of City West Water for 13 years until retiring in March 2016.  Anne has been the chair of Whitelion since July 2011, and is also chair of LeadWest and on the board of the Victorian Building Authority.

Kevin Mullen specialises in management advisory services to medium-sized businesses. His expertise is in the area of corporate structuring, succession planning and superannuation strategies. Kevin’s close working relationship with clients has exposed him to the international arena where he provides management and taxation advice to overseas and Australian companies.

Mark Watt is the co-founder of Whitelion and has held the position of CEO since 1999. Mark’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Social Work. His past experience includes Community and Client Services Manager at Parkville Youth Residential Centre and 9 years as Program Director at Youth For Christ. Mark was awarded the Robin Clark Memorial Award in 2005 in recognition of excellence in the category of 'Making a Difference to Children, Young People and Families'..

Professional title: Director Emma Needham Corporate Affairs Consultancy

Prior to 2014 Emma was the Director of Corporate Affairs for Serco AMEAA (Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australasia) and has held advisory positions with senior Federal Government Cabinet Ministers in the portfolios of employment and workplace relations, human services, and health and ageing. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters of Public Policy and is also a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
