Open Family Australia
For more than 30 years, Open Family Australia has been providing a range of Outreach services to young people experiencing high complex needs. Our client group is young people aged between 12 and 25 who are disengaged from society. Over 80% of these young people are in this situation due to family break down or family conflict.
Stride is a not-for-profit organisation with a 25 year history in helping to improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of young people.
Balga Detached Youth Work Project is a non-profit, community based organisation providing support and services to high-risk and disadvantaged young people. BDYWP's Mission is to support young people on their journey towards self-fulfilment and staff provide information, support, advocacy and referral services to make positive changes in the lives of local young people.
Whitelion is a leading national non-profit organisation delivering programs to improve the social and economic capabilities of some of Australia's most high risk young people. We want to give every young person a chance to work, and reduce numbers in Australia's youth justice systems.
