Whitelion Youth wants to offer the best service possible and we’re always on the lookout for what we can do better!

If you would like to tell us about something we could do better, something great we’ve done, or even something you’re unhappy about, then hopefully we are able to create change.

Your ideas are really important to us, as it allows us to make positive changes and improve the way we provide services to young people.

You can give us your idea and also remain anonymous if you would like.

However, if you would like a response to your ideas or complaint, we’ll need to know how to contact you.

If you provide your contact details a staff member can get in touch with you to talk about what you have shared with us and work with you to follow up or resolve it.
